Currently, I have this plugin installed on a WooCommerce store and only partial refund emails are being BCC’d and not full refunds.

    Hi Jordan!

Thanks for the report. I ll try and test with you but I need to understand what steps you take to trigger this.

Do you first partially refund an order A and then refund the same order A fully?

Or is it that full refunds of any given order never have a BCC?

    Kind regards,

Hello Con, thanks for getting back to me! I tried to message you on slack.

So right now a full refund doesn’t send out a BCC. I have Fluent SMTP setup with email logging.

This store rarely does full refunds, 99% of the time it’s partial refunds. I can deploy a test site and we can try and figure it out.

    Hi again,

    Here is my test: https://a.cl.ly/E0uY0RlZ
Did I test the same way you do it?

    Kind regards,

Thanks for getting back to me! Yes that’s what we’re doing and unfortunately, the BCC never occurs. I’m assuming it’s another plugin interfering with the emails. As we get BCC on partial refunds.

    Yes that could be.
A conflict check is always a good troubleshooting step. I like using: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

**Before you do one, please do make a full backup!** – better safe than sorry.

    Kind regards,

At this point, if it is a plugin overriding your plugin what’s the recourse? I haven’t done the work to identify the plugin yet. If there is an issue and it’s a plugin that needs to stay active, what are the solutions if any.

I use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/plugin-organizer/ to selectively disable plugins. Great tool to combat component conflict i.e. when 2 plugins interfere with each other.
