Full RSS with comments

I have searched with google and on the support board, as well as other sites with no luck. I am looking for a RSS 2 feed that includes comments.

Unfortunately, I have neither the ability or knowledge of RSS and PHP to creat it myself. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
