    There is no need to lead people out of the support forums.

    So I have already answered to the question. yes you can.

    I asked to contact [email protected] in case if user has problems with options, like slider width or height, so we will need a screenshot of the problem then.

    If users have to provide a screenshot, advise them to use a free upload tool such as https://cloudup.com/ or even Dropbox or a myriad of such other tools.

    Please feel free to direct people to your email for your commercial plugins.

    But for the free version that is hosted by www.ads-software.com, keep your support here. It will also help other users who face the same problem. They can read it and try your advise immediately.
