Full Site Edit prevents editing “Section” template

  • I’ve noticed the Full Site Edit mode is preventing me from editing the Section Templates in edit mode, and I was wondering if it were possible to disable it. I’ve also noticed that it doesn’t allow me to edit anything unless I convert my page view to “Elementor Full-width” or “Canvas”. Is there a way to turn this off? I don’t even use it anyway.

    I’ve included an image of what I’m talking about in the link below. The Full Edit ability considers the section I’m attempting to edit as the footer, so I can’t edit it. And when editing sections, I am still unable to edit it even when I change the page display to Full-width or Canvas.

    UPDATE: I should also mention that this problem isn’t just with this one site, but multiple sites I work on. I’m working on disabling my plugins, but so far, that doesn’t seem to be causing this issue.
