    Hi,

How can I use this plugin with the block based theme (for creating templates in upcoming site editor)? I am testing upcoming site editor features and I would like to use this plugin to extend core blocks, since there are not very customizable. Do I need to wait for a stable version of the full site editing features or is there a piece of code I can add in function.php in order to try this plugin now?

P.S. I am aware that most of the Gutenberg add-on plugins don’t have the support for these new features, I am just asking ??

    Thanks

  • Hi,

I’m not sure what does “Full site editing support” means but let me explain what Editor Plus can help you with:

Editor Plus allows you to customize the core WordPress block styles and it also offers a template library and inserter. With the template library, you can insert patterns, templates, and soon, we will add template kits (Group of templates that can be added to your website).

Full site editing is the new feature in upcoming WordPress version. If you don’t know about it than never mind, my mistake.

    Hi,

Thanks for mentioning this information. I’ve read about the full site editing and forwarded it to the management. I’m sure they already aware of it but I shared it with them just in case.

We always adapt to the new improvements that WordPress adds to its core. So, we definitely will support full site editing.
