Full site privacy

Hi guys.
I am quite new in wordpress and would like to know if there is any privacy plug in which would make my blogs fully invisible to the public and only administrators could see it. Basically we are tiring to keep track of pupils progress through wordpress and only the teachers would be able to see it. We had an issue that when I type pupil name in google it brings up the page.
