Full Size Cover Image Not Working

  • I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of, but I cannot get my full size cover images to actually appear stretched when I preview my page. Anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix it?

    Which background image do you want to set in full cover?

    For Background image:
    =====================

    To appear the full-size cover image in the background, you have to follow the below steps.

    Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Background Image >> Here, you have to select the Fill Screen option in Preset settings and publish it.

    For Header image:
    ==================

    To appear the full-size cover image in the header, you have to follow the below steps.

    Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Header Image >> >> Here, Select header image of size 1600(width)*140(height) with skip cropping and publish it.
