With the premium version of the plugin, we do have a Zoom Addon that you can zoom in on images in the lightbox: https://enviragallery.com/demo/zoom-gallery/

If you wanted to do something a little different with Lite, you could use CSS to zoom in on your images once the page loads (you can use this with premium as well):
