Full Thumbnail No longer Displays with the update

I just updated to version 2.3.6. And display the plugin in the sidebar of my site.

My sidebar is 300 px wide and that’s what I have the width I have the thumbnail set to display at in the settings. After the update, the I now get a scroll bar that displays under each thumbnail thus not allowing the full thumbnail to display.

How can I rectify this so that it displays at it did before?
