Full Width Background Block buggy

    I am having problems with the Section -> Width -> Stretched Background setting.

    as I figured it out tailor is using some javascript to adjust the position of the outer section element. There seems to be a problem with this on Safari browser (Chrome seems to work well), which breaks the layout. The block moves to the right together with content.

    You can test this on the tailorwp homepage when using Safari. Try changing the width of the browser to see the block jumping. At certain widths the block does not jump back into the right place.

    Testing a bit more I think the problem is in even/uneven value of the viewport width? May be something about Safari not taking XXX.5px negative margin?
