Full Width Background Color

  • I have a client who has been maintaining their site for several years now. One thing they have done is to create gallery pages with full background colors within the content. I know Gutenberg will allow you to put a background color in the various blocks. Is there a way to apply a background color to an entire page?

  • I have that built into my theme, but most themes don’t disturb the standard classes that WP puts on the body class, one of which is unique due to using the ID of the post or page. You can add a simple rule for each into Additional CSS.
    Or use a plugin that lets you add CSS specific to a page, saved in the post meta.
