Full width image, sometimes blurry

    Hello Everyone,

    And thank you for your help.

    I have a small issue with my website. I have a full width image that, for some reason, sometimes appers blurry. I have search on this forum for blurry images and there is a ton of tickets, but I still cant find a solution to this problem.

    It might be hard to see it at first, but if you load the web (clearing chache control + F5) you will sometimes see the image in great quality, and sometimes blurry. And that is what i dont like, the randomness.

    Is there any way I can fix this? Is it server related?

    I am using elementor to built the website and using SiteGround.

    Hi @rnavarrorubio,

    It’s looking okay for me, even with several refreshes? Is this still a problem?
    I’d have a chat with SiteGround in the first instance and see what they can find – I suspect it could be server related with it being so random.

    Yes, it does keep happening. I have tried compressing the image and is still happening.

    SiteGround denies any problem with their servers.

    So, I have no clue whats going on.

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I just tried again and the image still looks okay. Has anyone else reported it looking blurry? I am wondering if there could be some kind of oddity with your browser or machine?

    I couldn’t tell if your site was using a base theme of any kind – but if so, perhaps you could try the developers of that in case they have seen anything similar and have a fix?

    The only other thing I can think is to try disabling all your plugins on a staging site to see if that helps.
