Full width on comment box & templates

Hello,

Sorry for the several questions, but is there also any way to make the comment box /section full width like the post? It currently is to the default width of the Chaplin theme. Image attached.

Also, does Chaplin work with custom post types in terms of allowing the different templates (e.g. full width, cover) to be enabled through CSS?
