Full width slider to different pages

Hello,

First things first: I bought the premium version but for some reason I cannot send my inquiry via email so I have to ask here. My apologies for this.

I would like to include a full width header to my website’s pages but I don’t know what sort of code to add and where. Could anyone help?? I’m using Genesis, Minimum Pro.
