• This official plug-in is not only incredibly slow, it won’t even finish the initial sync, and just hangs indefinitely. There’s now way to cancel the sync either.

Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help. The features sound great, but the plug-in is functionally useless.

Hi @pat-lee, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – Are you on a shared hosting plan?
    – If you’re using shared hosting, can you check to see if you’ve hit your daily CPU limit after initiating the sync?
    – What PHP version are you using and what is the memory limit is set to?
    – Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
    – Do you have any caching plugins or services running?

Thanks in advance for these details. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

@pat-lee i know it’s been a while but in case you were still trying to get this working, we’ve released a new version 2.3 of the plugin that should resolve the issues you’ve experienced because it’s using a brand new queue system which has been very successful in resolving that type of problem. Just letting you know in case you missed this update yesterday.
