    Hello @dee987,

    Apologies for the inconvenience here.

Can you help us by providing us with more information? for example:

    • your PHP version,
    • your ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics plugin version,
    • is WordPress installed on a subdirectory of your domain?
    • any other information you might have about it.

We suppose the plugin is deactivated due to the error because we couldn’t find it on https://neflin.org/, is that right?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    We are currently on:

PHP (7.3.33) (I know! We will be updating soon).
    Version 3.1.0
It is on the main site neflin.org and is currently active.

    Thanks,
    Diana

Thank you for the information, @dee987

Our engineering team is working on a fix for this issue. However, you would still need to update to at least PHP 7.4 for the plugin to work correctly after that, which is what you already had in mind.

    Best regards,

    Hey @dee987,

An update has been released which incorporates a fix to this issue. Once you update the PHP version too, everything should be working correctly.

Thank you again for informing us about this issue! If anything else arises, please let us know.

    Sincerely,
    ShareThis Technical Support team.
