Function causing total comment count to be fixed at 10

    The function edd_remove_payment_notes_in_comment_counts means that the WordPress total comment count on the edit-comments.php is always 10, regardless of how many comments there really are.

    Removing the function allows the count to work as expected, but then of course it includes the EDD comments which you rightly want to exclude from the comment count.
