Function deprecated error

Hi,
I’m having the following error at the top of my website:

Notice: _register_controls is deprecated since version 3.1.0! Use Elementor\Controls_Stack::register_controls() instead. In /home3/belonogo/public_html/holod78/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5379

Once I deactivate Quad Menu plugin, the error disappears. Could you tell me if there’s anything you can do to help?

P.S. Changed WP_DEBUG from true to false, so that this error wouldn’t show for now, but if you need to see it, let me know.
