Function wp_enqueue_script() was called incorrectly

    I recently installed this plugin on an older WordPress site running version 5.8.0; when editing a widget, I get the following error message:

    Notice: Function wp_enqueue_script() was called incorrectly. "wp-editor" script should not be enqueued together with the new widgets editor (wp-edit-widgets or wp-customize-widgets). Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 5.8.0.) in wp-includes\functions.php on line 5831

    The message is only visible using the ‘Debug Bar’ plugin. I’ve reviewed my site and disabled plugins one by one, so I know this module is the causing the error.

    Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
