  • Hi,

It’s a very innovative idea to build a job portal with WordPress.

I am curious about the Post a Job feature.
My assumption is that you are screening the job postings and manually uploading them again. Have you tried automating that process using WordPress.

Also when a user is uploading the CV by clicking on Apply does it go to the employer who posted or you.

I am curious as I would like to start a similar site.

Also I think UI is fine and the site loads fine on Firefox 5.

The lack of registration for an Applicant and the Employer let’s say kinda seems odd.

But as I said before a very imaginative and beautiful implementation of the platform…. And Google Custom Search ??

    1. Jobs are screened manually and then uploaded. This is done mainly to filter out spam / duplication.

    2. When a user uploads CV, it is stored at our server and an email alert is sent to the employer so that they can download it. We are trying to automate this step.

    3. User registration feature is inactive because there are 15-20K users at any given time and enrolling them all in WordPress may put unnecessary load on the resources.

Thanks again for your feedback. Let me know if you have more queries on this.
