Functionality Problem

  • I am struggling to get the main website products to sync to the secondary website. I followed the steps provided in the documentation but perhaps I misunderstood something. I would appreciate a bit of assistance.

    More Information:

    I went to my stock sync setting and activated the primary inventory on the website where the stock will be managed from. I then went to the second website and activated the secondary inventory where the stock should be pushed too. Then I pushed 1 item I wanted to test from the primary inventory to the secondary inventory – and it does not appear under the second inventory.

    I also receive a critical error when pulling the report from my primary of my secondary
