    Hi

We are using your plugin in combination with the Advanced Product Fields (Product Addons) for WooCommerce By StudioWombat plugin, but this combination is causing us to display the wrong prices in the cart. If we have added an additional fee from Advanced Product Fields in the cart, we will not see the correct final price (the additional fee will not be added). Support Advanced Product Fields referred us to you:

It appears that Role and Customer Based Pricing for WooCommerce plugin is overwriting our plugin’s pricing since after deactivating it temporarily, resolves the issue.

    See image: https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOuldJeK

I tried checking its settings. However, it is very limited and there are no settings to make the plugin works with another plugin that alters the product price.

That said, we highly recommend reaching to the developer of the said plugin and kindly asking them to further investigate the issue.

Please do not hesitate to let us know how it goes.

Thanks you and have a nice day

    Hi there,

Yes, that’s may happen with any price-modifying plugins. WooCommerce Role Based Pricing by Meow Crew isn’t integrated with Advanced Product Fields (Product Addons) for WooCommerce By StudioWombat?and there’s no quick fix to it. We will consider adding Addons integration to the next plugin update, however, our priority is official WooCommerce Product Add-ons.?If StudioWombat’s plugin utilizes the same hooks\filters it may work for them as well, but can’t guarantee.

    Hi,

Can you give me any solution? For example, disable the plugin for some products?

    thanks

    Hi,

Why does the plugin run/work with the price even though there is no rule set for the specific product?

    Hi there,

Sorry, it’s not quite clear what you mean by “plugin work”? When you set role-based pricing rules, plugin will trigger woocommerce hooks that responsible for pricing formation for every user to check if they have any related pricing adjustments. If they don’t have any – cost will remain the same.

    Hi,

“plugin works” we mean the plugin calls the hook even if it’s not set on this product (we not use a global setting).
Is it not possible (for example by enumerating the product ID) to tell the plugin not to trigger the woocommerce hook?

We solve the combination of plugins so that Role-Base works for most products and for a certain list (about 10 products) the price of the product (mainly in the cart) can be adjusted by another plugin.

    Thanks you

No, there’s no filter available that can disable the whole price adjustment functionality. However, you can add your own hook with higher priority (role-based pricing priority = 99) that will override our pricing rules and fetch whatever price you need it to be: https://prnt.sc/WfXBFaizecpq
