Functionally Good, Weak Support

This calendar has a lot of very attractive functional features, which was the reason I initially installed it a couple of years ago. Early releases I found to be very buggy often breaking an installation. Especially when it came to version updates. This eventually led me to abandon the entire thing for the better part of a year. I revisited a while back installed on a test site to see if it was less buggy. Happily it appeared that they had worked many of the issues and updates seemed to go smoothly without breaking my test install. I also became a premium member to get better support. However this is where these guys really fall short. Many of those posting here have echoed support drawbacks and I would agree with them all. At this particular time I have two open tickets that are over a week old. One with no response and the other with a response that didn’t solve the issue. I am more than happy to submit another review once the support issues get worked out, but at this time I cannot give this plug-in any more than a 3 star rating. To be fair I have at times received excellent reply in the forums from one of their super users but this has been the exception.
