[function.require]: failed to open stream: issue

I’ve just moved my site to another hosting partner and have successfully imported the database (after renaming a few items inside it) and have been able to access the admin section. While all this works fine i have run into a problem due to having a new username for the server.

The error thrown up is below:

Warning: require(/home/splattc/public_html/splattwp/wp-blog-header.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ttalps/public_html/blog/index.php on line 4

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/splattc/public_html/splattwp/wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/ttalps/public_html/blog/index.php on line 4

Any help would be great as this is the first of 6 other WordPress sites i need to move.
