I have Give running on https://cerasamuels.nl/steunen/ with the Divi theme by Elegant Themes.

    so i have a few issues…

the GIVER receives a comfirmation mail with a link to view the reeipt online. This is part of the translated text

Klik op onderstaande link voor uw betalingsbewijs.
    View it in your browser.

    2. The error you get is this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function et_builder_enqueue_font() in /***/******/www/www.cerasamuels.nl/wp-content/themes/Divi/functions.php on line 178

    3. Divi Facebook group suggested to uninstall, remove and reinstall Give and so i did.

    4. The error remains and also now the progress bar is set to zero again, while there are still transactions in the dashboard.

How do i fix the error and the progress bar?

    Hopefully you can help!

Hey @bapakrob – are you using the latest version of Divi? This should be fixed as of their latest release I believe.

Hey Devin, yes, absolutely using the latest version of Divi.

When i set the theme to Twentyfifteen the giver receives a mail and link that leads to this message:
“Sorry, it appears the viewing window for this donation receipt has expired or you do not have the permission to view this donation receipt.”

    Hi there,

I’ve been communicating with the Elegant Themes team on this and they have a fix and it is slated to go into the next version. They say that they are expecting to implement that in early December.

    Thanks for your patience!

Elegant Themes released an update for Divi Theme today.
I updated the theme, but still the error pops up when the giver opens the View it in your browser link.

Can i invite you to have a look inside with a guest admin?
