    Hey!

    I have a client that paid through this plugin on my website, with “funding option” Mercado Pago, which showed up automatically.

    She tried the purchase and paid 2 times for the product, she was charged, and I don’t have any orders from here, or any money from her on my PayPal account.

    The transaction on Mercado Pago says “Paypal MX”. Where is this money going? Why are these “funding options” not working?

    Hi @deilur,

    Payments made with any of the alternative payment methods such as Mercado Pago will automatically end up in your PayPal account and PayPal will usually pay you out immediately.
    There are no indications for us that something wouldn’t be working in this regard.
    For any “lost payments”, I would also suggest reaching out to the PayPal MTS.

    But if you are not comfortable with it, you can disable any of the APMs with the Disable funding sources setting.
    For APM transactions, it is important the webhooks are configured correctly though.

    To make sure the webhooks are registered, please first enable “Logging” in the plugin settings and visit the “Webhooks Status” page.

    Then click on Resubscribe and afterward Simulate to verify that the webhooks are received.
    If it takes a while and displays an error after trying to simulate, then we would be interested in a copy of your logfile which you can access from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    Beyond that, it would be good to check how it works for you when trying in with a PayPal sandbox account connected.
