    I haven’t checked their embed codes recently, so I’ll take a look. Can you go ahead an share the code you’re using?

    They just updated to an HTML5 player so that might be why, here’s their latest code:

    It looks like it wasn’t a change in the embed code, but in the URL that Video Thumbnails was expecting to find the thumbnail. I’ve created a fix that will be included in the next update.
