Funny writting when I go to install link?

Hi

I have instlled a number of wordpress scripts before and they went nice and smooth, so i know my host is good for taking wordpress.

Any way, when I go to the install.php link I get just this text:

Can any when tell me if it says something or what it means I am doing wrong?
