funtion-file-get-content Error

    All is installed correctly but the plugin is giving me an error as follows:

    Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /wp-content/plugins/mdc-adfly-shortener/mdc-adfly-url-shortener.php on line 26

Warning: file_get_contents(https://api.adf.ly/api.php?key=0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A&uid=AAAAAAA&advert_type=int&domain=adf.ly&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nipegun.com) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /wp-content/plugins/mdc-adfly-shortener/mdc-adfly-url-shortener.php on line 26

    In the error I posted above I replaced the API by 0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A0A and the id by AAAAAAA to protect the my personal info. I think the API and ID must be encrypted!
