    I don’t expect a response because I think the support forum for this once awesome plugin is no longer monitored, hopefully the author is well, but here goes…

    When you disable this plugin, it leaves source code visible on every page that it was active on, even if you clear all your caches like Divi builder, Cloudflare, Redis etc. I’m stuck with it for now as I need it, it’s broken but I can’t get rid of it!

    There W3C site CSS Validator picks up an error too, the gcid string shown should be a valid color:

    .lwp_divi_breadcrumbs_0_tb_body .lwp-breadcrumbs .separator {color:gcid-163c688c-e2d5-4d56-9570-d6341f90ab6c}

    Hi @graham-smith,

    Sorry for the late response. This was an issue with Divi Global Colors.

    You can check the following link where another developer is mentioning the error that looks like the string from your error message. “gcid-163c688c-e2d5-4d56-9570-d6341f90ab6c”

    https://github.com/elegantthemes/create-divi-extension/issues/473

    Try removing the Global Color option from the module settings.

    Also the plugin cannot leave any extra CSS on the website after it is deactivated. The plugin only uses the functions that come with Divi to add the CSS for the module. If the CSS is still showing up on your website then this is likely due to caching somewhere on the website.

    Also checked your other ticket. I am working on that error and will fix it in the next update.

    Thank you @themeythemes , great to hear from you.

    I changed the colors to standard ones instead of global and it fixed the errors! ??

    Thanks too for the background info. Hopefully Divi will support third party plugins to use the Global Colors.

    Also the plugin cannot leave any extra CSS on the website after it is deactivated.

    Thanks, sorry I meant the shortcode/html is visible if you just deactivate the plugin, as obviously you’d still have the modules left behind on your pages. I don’t know actual the etiquette as to whether they should be removed automatically from pages if the plugin is disabled or removed, or if it’s expected to have to do it manually. However it’s great to have the Breadcrumbs working again, so it’s not an issue, thank you.

    The shortcode gets left behind if you deactivate any Divi module based plugin. Unfortunately there are is no way to automatically delete the shortcode from the page where it was added. You would have to delete it manually.
