Future dates all showing not available on booking calendar

    Hi There

    I have set all seasons and rates for all rooms but when wanting to book on https://kosmos-lodge.local/availability/ page all calendar future dates are showing not available.

    I am not sure if I am missing something else. I am using the theme Hotel + Bed and Breakfast Booking Calendar Theme | Bellevue and also used the shortcode [mphb_availability_calendar id=”223″ monthstoshow=”2,3″] for inserting the calendar.

    Hello,
    Unfortunately, we could not see the issue since the link did not open. Following the link, it is said “Tunnel Expired”.
    As for the issue, please, check this article to find a possible reason. We also recommend to check if there is a Block Accommodation rule that makes the accommodation unavailable for booking (you can find this rule in the Bookings tab > Booking Rules).
    Also, make sure that for the [mphb_availability_calendar id=”223″ monthstoshow=”2,3″] shortcode, “223” is the needed accommodation type id.

    Hi @posse62,
    Thanks for your question. I see that the property 2 Descrizione alloggio Via Stradella becomes available since January 1, 2020. If you wish to make it available on December also you need to have a season for December and then use it in your rate. That is accommodation type requires rate with proper seasons to become available.

    Now I have the last problem with paypal payments. I configured in sandbox and trial payment but when I return to the booking confirmation page there is no possibility to pay. can you help me?

    Make sure you have set “Confirmation Mode” as “Confirmation upon payment” in plugin settings.

    Nelle impostazioni generali ho settato “Conferma dopo il pagamento” e adesso funziona.

    In the general settings I set “Confirm after payment” and now it works.
