Fuzzy Search disabled but still working

  • When the fuzzy search is deactivated it continues to search diffusely. When I search for the SKU, it is looking for all SKUs that have complementary and not just the specific ones.

    Example: if I look for ABC_123 I want to find only this one. But he also finds ABC_1234, ABC_12345 … and so it goes.

    Can someone help me?

    Hmm, when I try searching in your store, the search seems to work as expected. For example searching for SP_116 finds the one product, but searching for SP_11 finds nothing.

    If you can give me a concrete example of a search that is not working as expected, I can take a closer look.
