I’m testing NextGen out for a site and haven’t quite been able to get it working the way I need. I’d like the thumbnails to maintain the image aspect ratio with a set height of 100px. Is this possible? The settings I am currently using seem to produce some very fuzzy images.

My second question is whether it’s possible for each gallery to have descriptive text at the top, above the gallery images.

    Thanks!

    Hi @betyonfire!

I’d be happy to help ??

You can create custom thumbnails under Gallery > Manage Galleries > select all images and under bulk actions set a height and leave the width as ‘0’. Select to not crop images.

In regards to the description, you can do one of two things:

    1) Add your description above the gallery placement box in the text editor of your page
    2) Add your gallery descriptions under Gallery > Manage Galleries > Gallery settings and then create an album: https://www.imagely.com/docs/add-album/ and insert your album through the Add Gallery Window following these steps: https://www.imagely.com/docs/extend-album-settings/

    I hope this helps! ??
