As explained in the second link, (for Amazon you would use the “Pricing Options” feature in the listing profile) for eBay you can set a % or fixed amount increase/decrease in the “Price / Start Price” field of the listing profile which can essentially “convert” your dollars (Woocommerce price) to euros when listing to eBay.
