• The G-lock double opt-in widget works fine on the default template, and on several others I have played with. But trying to use it on the Blue21, three-column theme fails.

With the widget loaded in WordPress, I see my customised Form Header and Form Footer properly displayed, but no forms in between them. This happens in IE7, Chrome, and Firefox.

Chrome’s element inspector highlights an error:-
Uncaught ReferenceError: gsomBuildForm is not defined

I have already tried removing this and all other plugins and deactivating them all, and then activating just this one plugin. This does not solve the error. I have also tried using the plugin in each column in turn, and also have tried the in-page code. The error persists.

Any ideas what to do to resolve this?
