G suite DNS issue

    After integrating G-suite to my website, the customer reminder does not work.
    Some DNS records were added to the domain in hostgator.
    Is there any solution?

    Can you please clarify if you are using a custom email address for sending review reminders?

    Hi,

    is a great plugin indeed. Have the same issue though, stopped receiving reviews after gsuite integration. No problem with sending reviews, only with receiving. They are sent via the website email address. Host is again hostgator.

    Error:

    ‘Hello,

    There is an issue with posting review data to your shop. Please make sure that ……. please refer to this support article: Errors when posting reviews to WordPress.

    Technical details:
    Unknown response from the server’

    (When debugging I get no errors in the logs, have no security plugin)
