    Hello,

I’m having a problem with Google Analytics cookies. They stay after I remove my consent.

When I do not accept statistics cookies, GA cookies are not set. But when I accept all cookies and then update my choice and remove consent for all categories, cookies are not updated and they stay, even when I create the reload function in mu-plugins folder.

I looked in the wizard settings, I do not see anything about that. Does someone know what I should do? Thanks a lot!

Please find some screenshots of my settings below:

    Kind regards,
    Eva

    Hi @eva29,

I see you’re using Google Site Kit, could you post your URL so I can check to see the configuration? This way I have a better way of understanding what is left in the browser.

To actively remove cookie, you could enable the so-called CookieShredder, https://complianz.io/introducing-the-cookieshredder/

It’s part of “Consent per Service”, which can be enabled under Wizard – Consent – Services, 1st question.

It will take about an hour to work, as it is cached.

    Let me know! regards Aert
