GA not showing when plugin deactivated

    Hi,

    When the plugin is deactivated, Google Analytics doesn’t show on-line users.

    Why is this happening?

  • Hello,

    the problem you have is not due to our plugin deactivation.

    If you want to view stats data with our deactivated plugin, you have to setup Google Analytics according to official Google Analytics manual (insert GA shortcode from Goolge into your website)

    If you face difficulties setting up Google Analytics directly (without our plugin), please, contact Google Analytics Support.
