    [Click to Chat] I would like to know if the plugin’s event measurement towards GA4 allows us to know if a person started a conversation or actually wrote, that is, I am interested in measuring if someone actually wrote or not. Is this possible with this pro version plugin? Thanks

    Hi,

    Plugin send the event when user click on WhatsApp button.

    Sorry, plugin cannot track user chatted or not.
