GA4 Clicks not firing

  • Hi,

    I am using Google Site Kit with GA4 enabled. The links set in the column are not triggering the ‘click’ event (they take users to outside of my website, and for regular buttons/icons links it works). Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? I have used Debug View to check for the event.

  • I am currently investigating a similar case on my site.

    It might happen that the click is not attributed to the column but the elements within your column.

    Thus, adding a css-id to the column itself unfortunately in my case didn’t trigger a click in GA4 neither.
