  • Hi there @babelhalsupport ??

Thank you for contacting Woo support!

First, apologies for the delay. We have seen a recent influx of tickets and are currently working through a backlog.

GA4: not all e-commerce events are tracked

Thank you for reaching out about this. Just to clarify, duplicate Google Analytics code causes a conflict in tracking. Can you remove any other Google Analytics plugins or code from your site, and see if the issue persists, please?

I took a look in the issues reported over on GitHub (direct link here), and could not find a related one.

Feel free to report this over there, if the issue persists (direct link here).

    Cheers!

    Hi Pepe,
the problem is not caused by any other software.

The missing calls are simply not implemented in the plugin (WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration).

Do you have any plans on implementing the missing calls?

    Hi @babelhalsupport

We currently have no plans to implement any further event tracking in this extension. There are some extensions which do this, such as WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro.

We continue to investigate the issue of the ability to save invalid settings which you have brought to our attention, and are discussing this with our developers.
