GA4 not registering add to cart events

    Hi There,

    We have Woocommerce plugin and a Woocommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin set up on our site. On our GA4 analytics platform however everything is reported up to the point where product items are added to cart.

    The sales revenue is not reported on the GA4 though. I could use some help on that.

    The Products are online courses so by definition they do not have “Stock Count” as such. In the image below, the products that are picked up on the GA4 reports, but sales are not pulled through – even though clearly are reflected on the WordPress CMS Woocommerce analytics plugin within the CMS.

    Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out. Just wanted to make sure, since the thread is marked as resolved, that indeed your issue is no more.

    Otherwise, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
