Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please share the exported AMP optional panel settings with us? This will allow us to check it on our end and provide you with a quick resolution.

For your convenience, here is the reference tutorial: https://ampforwp.com/tutorials/article/how-to-import-and-export-the-amp-option-panel-settings

Complementing the previous message, I now created a data flow in GA4 to measure what comes from AMP. I don’t know if it’s better to create a flow for the website and one for AMP, but as they use TAGs other than GA4, one for each format, I believe it won’t have a negative impact. new flow code is G-5HVPJ43B47

I continue to find it strange that in the Google TAG Assistant it points as if the GA4 AMP TAG was bringing the UA script still as seen in the image https://imgur.com/a/tsgdAEo

Hi there, Thanks for sharing this. As we checked and confirmed that the transition to GA4 has led to many users experiencing lower traffic. This discrepancy is primarily due to the differing algorithms used by GA4 and UA, resulting in variations in reported data.

Additionally, GA4’s more stringent data collection policies mean it only tracks users who have actively opted in for data collection, while Universal Analytics tracks all users by default. Consequently, if a user opts out of data collection, their activity won’t be tracked in GA4 but will still be tracked in Universal Analytics.
