    Hey there,

I’ve installed your awesome plugin on 12 other websites with no difficulty. Sorry, but this time it isn’t going so well. GDAP backend shows a permissions problem. My Analytics account is working and every permission is satisfied. The only thing I have not been able to resolve is the “client ID.” Is that my problem? FYI my Analytics account does contain the legal entity of the GAPI owner (me).

    1) Tracking Settings are blank:
    View Name:
    Tracking ID:
    Default URL:
    Time Zone:

    2) Error log: (403) User does not have sufficient permissions for this profile.’ in /home4/innovex/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp/tools/src/Deconf

    3) URL is https://innovexeng.com/blog/ – the rest of this site contains html pages. The tracking code in the html pages work fine, but the word press page shows “xxxxx” where the GA code should be.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi There,

    Can you please try to:

    1. Uninstall and reinstall the plugin
    2. Please check if you are authorizing the plugin with the right Google account and that at least one Property is available on the respective account.

    Thanks,

    -Jay
