I recently started with the Family Health Center and need to edit our web page. Before I started, someone internally had managed our website and that person is no longer with our organization. We have tried to reach out to this person and they have not responded to our inquiries. Our site is hosted at Flywheel and we have purchased the Avada theme. Any help anyone can give us would be wonderful.
Thanks,
Carlos
]]>The issue is that the user account that exists belongs to a former employee that is no longer with the organization. So it was created with a personal email account that I/we do not have access to. How can we go about gaining access to this website?

Is there any way we can have another admin account created if we can’t get the original person who designed the site to grant us access or create another admin level account for the site?
]]>You need access to your hosting account. Once you have that, you can use any of the 7 techniques in my first reply to gain access to your site.
By the way, when I ask a rhetorical question, I wave my hands in the air like this….
