    Hi @admingrosir,

    Can you try to uninstall and remove the plugin entirely and after add it again. Seems like some files are missing from the plugin on your end.

    Also, make sure to clear the OPCache in case you use it.

    on the optimole account homepage I have deleted the domain. however the plugin cannot be removed from my cpanel. wordpress administrator account can’t login because of this error. Thank you

    Hi @admingrosir,

    Unfortunately, we can not delete the plugin either as we don’t have access to your server.

    Most definitely the issue is there due to some incomplete installation of the plugin as from your error looks like some files are missing on installation.

    I have removed the plugin, the website is back to normal. then if I want to reuse this service, what is the next step to do? Thank you

    You can just reinstall and activate the plugin from your WordPress Dashboard.
