Gallary Images initially show up then disappear

  • I have just moved from GoDaddy to BlueHost and am I have done everything suggested so far. I disabled JetPack, to remove that issue. I can initially see a few of the gallery images, but then it disappears. I can see the pagination and the next/prev, but no images.

    I’m doing a POC on a sub-domain to make sure everything works. This is all that’s left.

    Hi,
    I suspect you may have some JavaScript/jQuery conflict on your website.
    The conflict may be causing because of your theme or another plugin.
    First try fixing duplicate/old jquery problem with a plugin like ‘jquery updater’
    If that doesn’t work, change the theme to default one to make sure if the theme is causing the conflict. If changing the theme fixes the issue then the problem is with the theme. contact theme developer for a fix.
    If theme isn’t the issue, try disabling other plugins one by one to find out the conflicting one. When the conflicting one is detected, ask the developer for a fix or find an alternative plugin.

    The JQuery plugin worked for sort of. I have two outstanding issues:
    1) All the album covers are blurry
    2) When clicking the images from my single-page app, it redirects and does not load to the gallery selected.

    Is the pro version responsive and work with Angular/Bootstrap? Also, is it possible to resolve the above issues with the free and/or pro version?

    There could be more conflicts. Please try on a fresh installation on WordPress first and notice which parts differ.

    BTW, the second problem may be because of a smooth scroll plugin. From common options of the fb album plugin, disable ‘jump to album area’. That might solve it.
    The album cover maybe blurry because of the size of the thumbs. Keep the row hight around 200px
