Hmm – I am still seeing this issue, we waited a few days and still not working. They also upgraded to the pro version.

on some servers (shared server/ip) facebook is giving quota error. one way of solving that is to provide access_key. for that you’ll need to create an app on facebook. go to https://developer.facebook.com and create an app (just enter the mandatory fields and get the app id and secret).
I’ll send you a modified version where you’ll be able to insert the app id and secret.
