Galleries not showing

Check the permission of the directory

Hi Sbhuvan, thanks for your answer, the wp-content/gallery/ is 777, the folders auto created are 777, but since the folders get created without trouble it would seem to me that the problem is not the permissions….

Try to reinstall the plugin and deactivating the plugins one by one.
However I advise you to take backup of the database and files before proceeding.

I have a similar problem. Just installed the plugin, created a gallery, added the gallery to an album.
Next I would like to display the gallery on a specific page. Used the applicable button, code shows but it doesn’t display on the website. The only thing showing is a loading wheel.

Can you help out, why it doesn’t show?

@gioiafueter – As sbhuvan mentioned, if you could let us know if by deactivating all plugins (including NextGEN Gallery) and also temporarily switch to the WordPress default Theme, after doing so reactivate the NextGEN Gallery plugin only > Clear your browser cache > does the upload process work better?

@sandrakok – Could you try the same steps as I outlined for gioiafueter (See above)? Also, it would be helpful to see the page with the album that you’re referring to.
