It was reported to me that someone could not get into my galleries. My son tried and it on his desktop and something just whirled around and failed to load. He clicked F12 and it reported errors.
I tried from my wife’s desktop computer and the page failed to load, but later on it loaded, so this problem is inconsistant. I clicked on F12 from her computer and at least two errors were reported. I clicked to get details and got the following, which I do not understand at all:

    4(index):12 removed event listener

    Dear @oldhiker, hello again,

Thanks a lot for reaching out, our team has checked your problem,

the errors reported above are not related to the primary issue/our plugin’s JS and persist even when gallery is functional – the problem is connected with page load itself, when the page load is not working:
    A) the?removed event listener?is missing from console,

    B) the load event is working on mouse move only

We can only suggest checking and debugging these two details as we have found no issues on the side of plugin’s code,

    Please keep us posted!

Thank you for investigating this issue. I don’t understand your term, “plugin’s JS” nor how to “debug these two details”. You claim that, “we have found no issues on the side of plugin’s code” yet the Galleries page was the ONLY page that would not load from my wife’s computer. Any additional help that you can provide would certainly be appreciated. The reason that I am trying to set up my website is to display my scenic photography for others to enjoy. Yesterday I visited with a lady who saw my physical photography exhibit in a local gallery and wants to buy a print, but can’t view my website gallery to select her favorite image.

This could be related to the issue. When I was able to load the gallery on my wife’s computer and pressed F12, there were numerous places with lines drawn through the code. Here is a link to a screen shot of that. https://www.dropbox.com/s/867k8nd1e69wffs/screen%20shot%20-%20lines%20thru%20code.png?dl=0

Please help me. Nikita Anisimov?wrote that the problem is connected with page load and to debug two details?listed, but I don’t have a clue how to do that.

    Dear @oldhiker, hi,

Sincerest apologies for prolonged absence of reply – we were investigating further possibilities of assisting with your issue,

Noticed that you also use our Speed Booster Plugin on your website and tweaked JS optimization settings a little to facilitate faster page load and JS execution and prompting load event after a timeout instead of mouse move/tap – could you please re-check and tell us if the issue is still there on your end? Gallery pages are working as intended for us right now – https://www.loom.com/share/0222bd05cc594a98b613ff1ef1c63d4f

Please keep us posted and thanks for your kind patience!

Thank you for replying again. I viewed the video and see that the galleries work for you as intended. I rechecked from my wife’s computer this morning and it still FAILS TO LOAD even after refreshing the Chrome browser. Here is a link to view the screen shot. https://www.dropbox.com/s/xrz94rsdj7ekd2l/screen%20shot%20-%20load%20failure.png?dl=0 that shows a small circle of dots that just keep whirling around. It failed on my son’s PC and a friend who tried to view my galleries. Today I had another friend test it. He first tired it on a MAC and Brave browser. It failed to load at first but loaded after he refreshed it. He then tried it on a windows PC and Brave browser and got the same results (It hung up trying to load but loaded after refreshing.) Then he switched to Chrome and it failed to load.

This might help or complicate things but there is another issue that may or may not be related. Once my friend was able to load the galleries, after entering one it did not cycle through the photos; did not show the info box with file # and description; did not show the tools for pausing the slide show, etc. I had the same problems from my wife’s computer.

By what you wrote it sounds like your Speed Booster Plugin?tweaked JS optimization settings. I didn’t change any settings intentionally.

Regarding the other issues, I described them but forgot to include links to screen shots. Not working correctly is https://www.dropbox.com/s/bmb4tglkj2fpran/screen%20shot%20-%20no%20title%20or%20controls.png?dl=0 whereas working is https://www.dropbox.com/s/tcdjizu8ob9k45v/screen%20shot%20-%20correct%20display.png?dl=0

    Dear @oldhiker, hello,

Booster is now working in standard mode right now on your website which means no JS optimization is enabled at all on your website, may we kindly ask to re-try opening galleries from incognito tab/after clearing browser cache? The gallery page is still loading as intended on our end: https://www.loom.com/share/3c67eb8ee4664e85b41873744945d618

Regarding the second issue – we sadly could not reproduce it either in “Arches&Bridges” album https://www.loom.com/share/cbd0d6962a3c4140a1ceb6815f871775

Please let us know if the issues are still observed on your end after ensuring browser cache is cleared,

    Have a great week!
